    Losing someone

A friend of mine got into a discussion about loosing people and he said this to me:
Riddle, isn't it ... you can't afford to loose someone yet you can loose someone in a flash.
But, that someone is lost when there is nothing bounding the souls of those two people together.

What do you guys think of this? Can someone really be lost when there is nothing to bind their souls together?.. Do you believe that this is true?
I'm not really sure if it's true or not. There are many ways people can be lost but at the same time.. if their soul is bound to someone.. is that person still lost?

This what i said to someone else when we started talking about loosing people:

Technically I never really had you to begin with because you live how many states away??
Do you think that you can truely have someone if they aren't with you?

My take on it is that yes and no. Some one who has no minds holding two people together can easily be lost, the same can be said for those you have binding of the souls, the difference is that those of the binding of the soul is a lot harder to go through then those with out. But those who are tied to each other have a much better chance of making it through and still being together.

I fully agree with Scourge. You can be lost in either circumstance. However, remember this, you can also be found again if the fates decree it. It's just a matter of wanting to be found or not. If you really want to be found, then the chances are that you will be. If you don't, then someon'es going to have to work really hard to find you.

Yes you can. Look at long distance relationships of the soldiers in Iraq or the online dating that end in marrage. I have friends who meet in a chat room, got to know each other well. He came over here from Norway to marry her. They have been together now for 9 years.
