^_^ Soshi's right... just becuz it caused hurt and wrong in the past doesn't mean it will happen again, it just gives it a greater likelihood...
besides... you are not those people... those people are not you... so why should THEIR bad choices hurt you so much?
not everyone has relationships like that... just enough to make people believe that it's everyone...

Or you could just take no chances... which is easy and there's no gamble.
