This is exactly the problem, it wrecked your lives because the parents didn't approve. If they would allow it and just accept you, maybe you would have still been together right now. This was probably how you two wanted it, right?

If parents didn't bother you, you would have seen what your love could have been like for real.

I think it's really bad for parents to interfere. If you end up hurt because it eventually shows it won't work because of your differences, you'll at least learn something from it and move on.

im very glad its over, he turned out to be a lie and he cheated on me several times with both girls and a guy.

so i think to an extent, you have to listen to the parents.

im 16 so i so get that parents usually have NO CLUE lol
but in this case i wish i would have listened to mine and his a lot sooner then i did
