Meaning or Happiness?

i choose meaning because whats a life without it yes you can have happiness but at what cost you all i need in life at the moment is meening but that may oneday change

Meaning. Every life needs a meaning because with it, you can surely, and eventually, find happiness.

For me... By finding happiness.. I find the meaning of my life... I want an everlasting happiness.. and happiness is what motivates me to go on further.. ^^ Without happiness..there is no meaning to my life... It's useless to exist for me if i can't find happiness...

We never get to chose but I quess I would be selfish and ask for happiness, though my hapiness now comes from meaningfulness.

Hmmm ... that's a very good point ^^. But I guess if there's no meaning in your life, and you want to find happiness, wouldn't your meaning be to find happiness, because it's everything you ever wanted? I hope that makes sense, I think they sorta go together.

You can say so.. ^^ my happiness is the meaning of my life and the meaning of my life is my happiness... :D: to put it simply :2thumbs: oh.. and these two converged together.. they became a person :rolleyes1: a she... :laugh:

Then again Im not really among those who want to achieve something in their life.. for me.. I just want to live.. and see as much as I could, touch hear and taste them... ^^

Are those really my only options?
Neither. I just want all the debt (whatever small amount it is) and all of my taxes to disappear.

Seriously though I'd choose meaning.
The kind of happiness you described just doesn't seem worth it and on top of that most people have extremely potent hormones flowing through their veins.
All it takes if 5 minutes o pleasure with that special someone and then 9 months later your life is over. Or worse. (yes worse things can happen)
