Now money has lots of effects on people it can make them nicer, greeder, obsesive, ETC.

What would you say money does to people?

I'd say the more older the person the more gentle and easy going they become.

I don think money makes your greedy. I believe that if your sane then you will know what to do with money, and also I think people that have less money will do more to get money than people with more money. You dont see a hobo with a mansion now do you 0.0

Yeah but some people who have got money want more money and will do anything to get it.

Homeless people got themselves in that position so really tough luck.

Money can be the root of all evil. Its sad the things people do to get and keep money. They will lie to those they love, kill, and waste their lives for it. I think we should have stuck to the trading and bartering system and never have even invented money at all.

Well, money is good. Unless you can go out to the bush some where and provide for yourself - You need money to buy the things that are essential to life - water, food, clothes, shelter.

Money is never the issue - it's humans. They are the ones that hold the trait called 'greed' they are the ones that 'lie' for it, that kill for it. Like what rematche said, money is just a tool.

i think money doesn't make a person greedy because they must of done something to get the money. the people with not so much money might not of done well enough to get a better job

Although my family comes from money; and most branches still have it, my family lost it in the great stock market crash; my immediate family has never had it. It would change my life. I could afford the best doctors for my Mom & sister. Not to forget my niece, she could use specialist for her legs. I moved here when my Father passed, to care for my family, and money is always a concern. Some of our relatives are very nice, others are such snobs. I mean we are the poor relations after all. Why do some people have to be that way?
It's hard when you see people in life, or on TV (athletes/actors/etc) who have great wealth, and yet they squander it. How many multi-million mansions does one person need? The better question is why do they need even one? You ever see on the TV a celebrity give the fans a snotty look, and refuse to sign an autograph. I guess they've forgotten that those people pay their salary.
Then you see celebrities (or such) on the TV, or in the news, moaning about how horrible their lives are. COME ON! If you can afford to party in a hotel room that costs more for one night, than I make in a month... SUCK IT UP!
If your money can't make you Happy, give it to a charity.
But it all depends on the individual doesn't it? Some people keep their head on straight. Others... They become ugly inside, you know? While others just moan about how horrible their life is. I am sure we can all think of several. They mess up their lives, and all they get is a slap on the wrist. If I did some of the things they do, I be in jail doing some serious time.
And don't get me started on how money (dirty greedy power hungry money) runs governments.

I was always told money brings out the best or worst in people... You can see a person's true color just like when they drink, or if they are scared (i.e. life threatning)...

Money does change people not always in a good way... It is based on how that person was brought up & moral standards lies...

People often think money brings happiness when in many cases that's not always true... All it is is currency to needs & wants, but many people settle for wants instead of needs... Yea' it cures financial woes, but that's it, if people knew what comes with money...

It attracts people who just want to get next to your money, fuels most of the sins you was fighting when you had no money etc..

I was watching one of those Lotto Winner shows the other day, and one of the people who won several million dollars said:

If your unhappy with ten dollars in your pocket, you won't be any happier with millions.

I haven't laughed so hard in a while.
