Denouncing God and through that, everything that he has ever done, including your own creation, is the unforgivable sin. And in order to commit it, you have to have a Testimony (absolute knowledge of) in God, Jesus' and The Holy Ghost's existence, and that takes some substantial amount of belief.

And to denounce the Holy Ghost is a pretty hard thing to do after you've felt his presence. (Read this post)

Also, those people who you quoted do have a place for them, The Lowest level of the Telestial Kingdom. (For a discription of our after life, read this post)

And even the lowest level of the Telestial kingdom when compared to this world is a paradise beyond all description.

Of course he does he's a mormon and he will sound biased. Most people would sound biased defending their own group. If this thread is closed for any reason or I find out people have been giving infractions I will speak personally with dragonball. He's a nice understanding guy and he has helped me out before. Even those in power must be held in check.

Gallcomp can you be more specific why mormons don't bother you? They bother most people even religious ones.

When infractions are given, justification has to be given. Any staff member has the power to reverse an infraction. And no offense, but given your actions in the previous thread on this topic, and in this thread, complaining about something happening that you don't like won't get you very far.

You know what this thread says too me? All it says is that you're trying desperately to justify your own hatred. We're normal every day people with different beliefs then you, and what man sees is different, he fears, and what man fears, he seeks to destroy.

I will bet you a $1,000 dollars that if you met me walking down the street you would never know I was a Mormon unless I told you. We might be your barber, your Grocery Store clerk, your doctor, the guy who stopped to help you change your flat tire or give your car a boost, or even your Neighbor.

All the threads that have been started here have only dealt with the all the negative myths and rumors and the things our church has done out of necessity for survival. But not a single one has touched on all the positive things my church believes in, all the good things my church has done.

Did you know that Gordon B. Hinckley, the leader of my church, was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom?

My religion teaches peace, love and understanding, how can something that teaches that be wrong or evil?
