I think it's a matter of common sense. Even if there is something that says you can't be photographed in your religion, a little common sense would say that if you had nothing to do with the picture being taken your God isn't going to prosecute you for it and would rather you not attack someone that didn't know. If it's a big deal, calmly ask the guy about it rather than beat him up for it.
Also separation of church and state. Seriously. If people can get away with hitting someone because of their religion, what else can they get away with?

thats true -a lot of them do , but they're not supposed to . so either they're are ignorant of their religion , or simply not following all of its rules
