I don't they would exactly look like us thou but not as we see it to be, maybe they would be the same size but different color, face, etc.

who knows what they would look like. i mean they will probably have the same basic needs as we do. nurishment from something, so something to eat with. and some way to dispose of that. no whethere or not they breathe, talk, walk, float, smell, or taste is entirely unknown. but i think they are out there
