Healthcare reform is necessary. But it was a lot for a rookie president to chew on. On the campaign trail he preached economic recovery and troop withdrawal. Then he goes for troop escalation and concentrates on healthcare. I am quit upset.
Congress has been trying to push through the healthcare bill for a while now. And even though Obama said he would make avaliable all the bills being passed online, we still don't now entirely what it covers. Personally, I don't like Obama. He's gone back on everything he said during his campaign. But that's for a different thread.
I've heard a lot of things about the health care bill. I've heard it's good, I've heard it's bad, and I've heard it won't change a damned thing. What I want to know is what you people think about it? What are your views on it? Give personal beliefs, but please give some facts about it as well. I don't want this thread to be full of speculations. I want some answers.
