i think its very sad its come to this.. but they should be allowed to leave children at any age. unfortunatly people dont understand BIRTH CONTROL and end up not wanting the kids at various ages. its better to leave them at a safe haven spot than to...

-put them in a microwave
-cut there arms off
-chloroform, break neck

or other various situations.. and i think we can all agree on that

if my mother came at me with a knife, i wouldnt ask what she was doing. id shoot her with the 45 in the kitchen drawer and ask questions from above her

wow. All I have to say about this is... wtf? Why the heck would they abandon an 18 year old? Are they high or just stupid. When your 18, it makes you an adult.

I'm sorry to say but in Nebraska you dont become an adult until you hit 19. Still it is really stupid that this law hasn't been fix yet. Those mothers and fathers should be ashamed of themself for doing that to their teenage kids. If the brought them into this world they should take care of them. I myself will be a father soon and could never do that unless I couldn't give them food and everthing else they need. But I would never do that when the are teens.
