Thread: Is it possible to be in between relationships and still have a girlfriend help me out

I don't know if its "cool" but its certainly possible. I've had guys break up with me and instantly start dating another chick. With that said.... From the ex's prespective it is quite hurtful. Sorta makes one believe that the loss of their reltionship with you isn't worth a greiving process. Besides I think someone should take time to heal from a break-up before jumping into a relationship.... But that is just me.

Theres is also the scenario where a person hooks up with someone that they've been wanting to date even while they were in the previous relationship (that may even be the reason for the break up) In that scenario the fast hook up is more understandable... but still hurtful to the ex.

Either way I wouldn't say you're "in between relationships" if you've already comitted to another person.... then you're IN a new relationship.

When my ex and I broke up I was devistated and after a while I started to look for other girls. I then realized what I was doing was trying to make up for my lose and wasnt aiming for some one inparticular, just some one regardless who they were. Which is a very bad and wrong thing to do as it goes against my morels. When I realized this I looked at my self and said "Wow, I was pretty F***ing puthetic." But thats over and now I am healing. I still long to find some one out there, just not sure if I am ready yet because the reason why my ex and I broke up in the first place was really really bad and has left exstreamly deep wunds on every level of who I am. I still love her and I know she still loves me... Thats the traggety of it all. I just hope she can have a happy life now.

well the way i see it is in my situation, if my girl breaks up with me, i don;t think i'm going to be able to find another one any time soon. So therefore, a grieving process would be needed.

In your case though, i would suggest at least waiting a little while, to at least show respect to your former love.

And if not, at least try to be friends with her unless things ended badly.

Just don't try n do what my ex did to me.

"Hey I think we should just be friends"
*goes out with another guy who screws her then dumps her"
"I think I was wrong before, I love you"

Yeah like hell was she getting back with me ¬_¬

Dating with two girls? It sounds great... and it could be better if they never meet each other. In otehr case... run off.
