"Public Display of Affection" - Page 5

ha ha! PDA kept to lunch hour... lol. Truthfully this has to do with the idea that you are on school property and they are responsible for you while you are there. So they make the rules. And you have to follow. What are you going to do? Drop out of school because you cant kiss the boy you like while in passing period between 2nd and 3rd? When your at school, your education should be your focus. You know that thing called weekends and time after school. If you want to spend time with your infatuation of the week, do it then. When you are on your own time.

i know how you feel (well kinda) my school is really sctrict with this. Like extreme. I got in trouble for hugging my best friends (AND SHE'S A GIRL!!!!!!!!) that is just stupid. As long as people aren't making out and groping of something i don't see a problem. I mean a handshake is too formal for saying hi to a friend or anyone else.

,i agree hugging some one should not be a bases for some to get in trouble some schools go to far in my opinion,but if someone was making out and groping sure then they should get in trouble.

I think it's okay for people to hug in school. I'm okay with that..But when people kiss in front of people I just think it's gross and disgusting. I mean who wants to see two people making out in public. If you're going to do that get a room please..I don't want to hurl all over the place...

Amen to that -___-;; It's even worse in high school when they think they can make out in front of people when they feel like it. This one couple was blocking people from getting out of a building because they were making out. Had to go to some measures to get them out of the way >__>;; I don't want to see people eat each other's faces out.

This has been going on forever man, even when this old guy was in high school, the same stuff was happening. maybe this is why some schools are cracking down.

I agree! I mean, it's alright to hug somenone, and even peck them on the cheek. But what pisses me off is when couples make out in front of you as if it's alright. Just as you said Pyro, I don't want to see people stuffing their tongues in someone elses mouth. Gross. I was eating lunch in one of my teacher's classroom one day, and this couple came in and started making out with eachother at the table in front of me. -_____- behind a book. WTF. Seriously. No. I don't need to hear that stuff when I'm trying to eat. God, I was scarred that day.

I think that is pure and mere BS!! Cos what is wrong with hugging??? ppl here in US sometimes surprises me... I understand that it is not good and sane to makeout in public... you know... can get hot... but HUGGING? tht is PURE BS. I think that is why the HS has beceme a colder place. I am a calid person ( In a good way) I like to hug the ppl that i care about and love. But in my HS i could not! Good thing I 'm already out!!!! he he. I hope that changes someday. Expression of affection in public is not a sin, is not provoking, and it is not indecent. HUG PPL HUUUUG!!!!!!!!
