Without religion the world would possibly be a little bit better. Okay so what if Josef Stalin was an evil atheistic tyrant. That is one guy. There could be less wars over stupid things. Look at the Crusades, the current War in Iraq. There are other reasons as to why we are in Iraq. Heck even look into what's going on in Isreal.

Christianity has a guideline. You are supposed to love everyone else. We put ourselves before God because he is our father and we are trying to be just like him. We are trying to be just like Christ.

I don't think its stupid. My parents aren't religious and I'm not that religious either. I think that believing in a higher power such as God is to give someone hope and confidence. What is so wrong with that?

its not wroung but it is... how do you say it... "crazy?" (not good choice of words...) but I hope you get my point... it does not make sence to follow a person like a lemming all the time... that is what most religons try to do... you follow the "priests" and not follow your own heart T.T (its sad) (well also I'm not saying it aplies to all people...)

but still theres cant be a god because of all the religions have 1 or more what religion would be true and what would be false theres no way to prove it unless we go back in time to who started religion and ask them the question and we could find out but for now we cant so theres no way to really end this but we should put all the facts together and see how things go from there and find out if thats kool with everyone

Religion is mostly based on where you grew up and the culture involved by those around you. So saying one religion is true and the others not has been a long lived debate. so religion has always been based on searching for enlightenment and for this reason different cultures have evolved their own beliefs into religion. so this bine said your satement is opening a whole can of worms it's like one christian to a buhddist or to one muslim that his religion is true and theirs isn't.

It all goes with religion. There are different aspects to religion.

And I don't neccessarily follow priests or pastors. I haven't been to church in years. I do indeed follow my heart. But as an aritist I believe in a higher power because I have issues believing in myself.

All your opinions are contradicting with each other (issue wise) ... as for me i believe in the existence of one and only one God ,building my opinion on my own consciousness and not following.

Follow your heart that follows the religion not necessarily the people believing in it.
Nothing since it won't even in the first place ...
That's in the past ,why don't you follow your heart and see the answer because if you didn't there's no point in going against the flaw.
So ... i'm "crazy" because i follow both ,right? since i follow my heart which follows the priests that follow the religion? ... i can't see any sense in that.

Actually one religion out there did put all of the religions together. They say that they were all a progression. The faith is called Bahai I think.

As a Practicing Buddhist, Religion is choice and should never be forced to believed in. Peace is something Buddhists want the most, but every peace protests my fellow buddhists, get shot for peace.

Its a Crazed, enraged world in dire need of Tranquility, and Peace.
