is backkk | i watched all the debates between hillary and obama. both of which i believe uncapable but nonetheless.. you know honestly its kind of sexist but i dont think a woman should be president of the US, or any country for that matter. it may be old fashion but i think she would let all the "woman worries" come into play. girl are more apt to care about the starving children in africa fund, and the save the animals stuff, and i just dont think thats what our country needs to be focusing on. anyone agree or disagree? lemmi know

But u got a point, she might do the unessacry things that our country doesnt need, and maybe other conutries may think they can take advantage of that

I think that a female can run a country. I've seen plenty of females run a tight fist on a house hold with five childern, work and help out with money matters along side the husban. We bring things to the table that are different, like how we may look at something is quite different then how a male may look at it. Though, Hilary wouldn't be my choice, if the right female was running for office I would vote for her.

Sexist? no I am not, I am grateful for all that women have accomplished over the centuries. first off, if Hilary Clinton wishes to be the president of America, hey all the more power to her. I have been watching some of the debates that she has had and think she would be an excellent prez. here in Africa we have women as presidents already, and I can say that women care about the world more then men do. (Simple fact) even the male presidents care more about themselves then their people. look at Zimbabwe.

When women aren't being defensive on the subject we readily admit the negative side to female nature to each other after all BUT not every woman is always like that if ever. You just have to take each person as an individual and make a decision based on that. |

I don't know about you but I don't. I think women are far more capable than men at ruling a nation because we are nurturers. Being a nurturer isn't a bad thing really. With women we can actually negotiate with other countries and come to peaceful terms. Unlike with what Bush is doing. Woman aren't likely to ask Congress (let alone start themselves) to start a war. So really being a nurturer isn't a flaw. It's something that you can shape into your greatest strength. Not keep it as a weakness.

![]() ![]() Credits: 14,647 | Re: sexism? I’m sorry but how does your gender decide your leadership qualities? What makes a leader a good leader is an open mind, dealing with stress in a good manner, and be able to make sound decisions under said stress. I have seen these traits in both men and women. To say that women are not fit for a leadership position which is basically what is being said is insulting and degrading to women everywhere. There have been many women who have taken these sort of positions and have done wonderful jobs. (Just look up Elizabeth I) I will admit that there are a lot of women not fit for a job such as president but so are a lot of men. I’m sorry but to say that no woman can lead a country is very close minded to me.
