I'm gonna have to agree with Peach on this one. I think the child pornography laws were created to protect younger children, and only goes up to 18 because they don't want to have a law that stops at age 12, then some guy sees a 10-year old girl and says "well, she's almost old enough, I guess it couldnt hurt", and then ends up scarring that little girl for life because HE thought she was old enough to take part in such an act, just because she was close to the minimum age law. As far as the sexting thing goes though, if they're stupid enough to send it, then they should accept the consequences of their actions. They need to consider the outcome of these things BEFORE they do them. If parents really want to protect their children, they wont buy their 10-year old a camera phone in the first place.
