I couldn't agree with you more. Legalise it all and if you don't like kid porn don't go out and buy it. " People who sacrifice liberty for security deserve neither."(Attributed to Benjamin Franklin)
Soooo What all should we legalize then? Rape? Murder?

I don't dislike pedophilia because its simply just not my taste. I hate it, because it is WRONG!!!

I have 2 children. So I know how vulnerable children are. You are saying it should be legal to rape children of their innocents. As I said before, even with "consent" they are not capable of understanding what they are consenting to. "Kid Porn" covers so much. Not just nude pics of a hot 16 year old. It could be video of a 3 year old being penetrated. That should be legal? Legalize porn for a 15 year old subject to pose nude, and you'd be legalizing it also for children as young as infants... Infants!!!!! You don't have a problem with that? You wouldn't sacrifice the liberty of knowing you could go to your adult sex store and pick up a centerfold featuring a 3 year old?! You wouldn't sacrifice the liberty of viewing whatever porn you'd like... to save the innocents, dignity, and life of children?

I said if little kids are doing it then parents need to put a stop to it, i didn't say anything about them doing it in a kids precence, though they should have some decency not to.

No I wouldn't. As for your scenario of naled pictures of very young children, parents have been doing that for years. As for rape if we abandoned age of consent laws we could concentrate on violent rape that matters.

Peach made a good point earlier. There is a such thing as too young. The age when certain things aren't understood--like sex. I agree with Peach about how that can be (or should be) considered abuse. You're essentially making a child have sex for an adult's entertainment. That's not right. That kid could potentially turn out to be "warped" in the head because of it.

My scenario had nothing at all to do with a nude picture of baby in their natural (innocent) state. This thread is about sexting. You suggested all PORNOGRAPHY be legal. Since when has it ever been common practice for parents to take sexually suggestive photos of their children?!

And violent rape isn't the only form of rape that matters. If you've ever talked to victims who have survived both physical AND psychological abuse. Many will tell you that the damage one can do to the psyche often exceeds the damage one can do to you physically.

Either way. ANY rape is violent.

    Main Entry: vi·o·lence
    Pronunciation: \ˈvī-lən(t)s, ˈvī-ə-\
    Function: noun
    Date: 14th century

1 a : exertion of physical force so as to injure or abuse (as in warfare effecting illegal entry into a house) b : an instance of violent treatment or procedure
2 : injury by or as if by distortion, infringement, or profanation : outrage
3 a : intense, turbulent, or furious and often destructive action or force <the violence of the storm> b : vehement feeling or expression : fervor; also : an instance of such action or feeling c : a clashing or jarring quality : discordance
4 : undue alteration (as of wording or sense in editing a text)
And sex with a CHILD is ALWAYS rape. As (like I said) the consent means nothing if you don't comprehend what you're consenting to.

I think that it still be up to the person that buys the phone, or if child porn become to much of a promblem then it will make the carrier look bad and I think that Sextexting should be on the books or has america because so bad that anything can hide behind the 1st right. Sex testing is the same as PC porn why does the people wake up and see that..
