Since april last year, I've been going through hell because i was sexual harrassed by my mums bf.

Inside i feel that I have no energy or enthusiasm. Lack of confidence, low self-esteem, depression.

Sexual harrassment is wrong. Pesonally it's one of the wrost things that can happen to a person. It changes that person completely inside and out.

Well, whatever is going on in his head, you need to let him know that it is WRONG! What you are feeling is normal for those who go through sexual harassment. Talk to your mother. Try your hardest to fight against it.

This shouldn't continue to go on. You can do it, I know you can.

Why don't you file a report about it then. Hopefully it has stopped and was only a one time thing.

Sorry for the pain you are going through. Proof how sexual harrassment can affect people.

Yes, victims and others. I was both victim and friendly stranger to a victim of acts of sexual harassment. It hurts people to know that others they know and care for are hurt. You hate to hear things like that. But it happens. Which is why sexual harassment shouldn't be taken lightly. No matter what the situation. That's why it shouldn't be prone to false accusations. It just isn't right. And people who do that just for money are sick and need to get a life.

Thing is I did report it.

But nothing happened after that. Wasn't charged

Ugh, that makes me so angry! See, things like that happen all the time. Sexual Harassment cases are never settled the right way. It is so upsetting.

I just hope all goes for the best for you.

Thats strang i thougt they were prety strickt on sexual haassment in the UK.
Maybe you should try again or tell your mom or somone else in your family.

Ye thats true but thats som cases are made up and they dont want to tro a person how is inocent into jail, and there are also just to many sexual harassment cases to solve.

I know, and that is the true problem that prevents true cases from being settled. Since there are so many false misconceptions of sexual harrassment, it prevents actual ones from even being taken into consideration. That's horrible, and I'd love to help stop this, or help make it better. But I just don't know how. I don't think it will ever stop. People are too greedy for money.

I think its really getting stupid. Yeah say sexual harassment when someone touches you inappropriately, but not for just hitting on you. Thats bound to happen in the workplace.

But in a school setting then it should be taken more seriously. No teacher should make a crude comment to a student and vice versa. This is the only time other than what was mentioned before that should warrant serious sexual harassemnt attention.
