I heard about the woman doing that to rats. I guess its a sexual stimulation to some people. Animal rights is taken more seriously now. People are getting charged with not just misdemeanors, but felonies now for cruelty to animals. Trust me they are taking action. It's just, let me put it like this. Drugs are illegal and so is drug trafficing. But is still happening. Not because there is no action taken for it. But because it's just hard to stop it.

some people are sick enough to take pleasure out of abusing the defenceless, and so i wish someone could do the same to them, let them have their own medicines.
people shouldnt miss treat animals i mean how would they like to have their skin cut off and be killed or be used for experiments by animals...!

that's stupid...only demented ppl who have nothing better to do would do that to a total inoffensive animal. i saw the picture online...man that's chik had issues...i've juz read a disturbing article in the newspaper...

these kind of cases happens every so often and the goverment always turns a blind eye...the penalty are so low tat even the poor could afford!
although efforts are made to defend animal rights, there aren't any changes going on...

If they really had a desire to live, they would've been more aware of how easy it is to die.

I think the thread should be reworded to 'Should people who ill treat animals be punish?'
In my country animal abusers gets a holiday behind bars minimum 6 months and fined.
