Why homosexuals want to marry for?

Marriage is a sacred sacrament of the church between a male and female who loves one another and for the purpose of pro-creation.

Homosexuals can't procreate, so the best is for them to cohabit if they love one another and not marry.

In america you get over 1000 rights when you marry. that inclueds tax rebate and hospital visation right. that why.

Laws are man made so its not perfect and they have loop holes. It has to be changed to prevent being taken advantage of the 1000 rights.

We weren't made this way, its the mindset that is abit offkeyed i think.

so if i belive its ok to kill people you won't judge me???Its not right but i belive its ok, doesn't mean its right.Its the same thing with homosexuls its not right and i don't think it should be allowed.Its a example that children are shown that its ok and once a child belives its ok then he won't mind acting it out.

Like I said whatever for? to take advantage of tax breaks? Homosexuality is not love but lust for the flesh...sounds erksome

If you look at a religous point of view. Yes I think gays should be aloud to marry but marrige is something allowed by god. Since god disapproves of the homos (no insult implied) they cannot get married and will not be aloud. Here in New Zealand we have a civil union, not marrage but the next best thing.

I have read everyones post on the debates wether homo's should marry or not and I have heard some pretty good arguments. Also the people who are catholic and not catholic who say homo's shouldn't marry are absolutely correct but like the people are up for gay marriage it's what they want but we all know what happens at the end.

Yes homosexual should be allowed to marry. In Finland it was legalized about 1 1/2 years ago or so...
Note: it's called "regiter their relationship" in here. Cos' priests won't
organize official seremony.

And Lightning, being homosexual isn't illegal...killing people is.

Yes and no. I mean what will it change. If they want to spend there lifes together, they can. Why should I care. They want to be just like everyone else's marriage.... They all end in the same way. We all die alone anyway. So let them.
