Should pornography be banned? Should pornography be banned? That’s the question I pose to you. Yes, no and why? Personally I'm a staunch conservative, but if there is one thing that ticks me off more than anything it’s censorship. I don't care what racist, idiotic, illegal, dumb, moronic, or obscene thing you do to express yourself, you should always have a right to do it. That is unless it physically harms other people or their property.
Sure porn’s not necessary, not by a long shot, but there's a very limited amount of things in this world that are. A lot of mentally unhealthy people already exist in a world with free secks...it's hard to imagine how out of control some people would get without that freedom. So, in the long run, I'm saying porn shouldn't be banned.
But then again, there are a lot of other unhealthy activities/habits that are illegal, and shouldn't really be. It's sort of, one of those unanswerable questions. Some of it (arguably) should be banned...some of it (arguably) shouldn't. I just feel like debating the topic, so, debate.

Sadly, Porn is a large part of the North American Economy, concidering that its a Multi-Billion dollar industry, and if it wasn't for porn, the internet we know would be different.
It was Playboy who first made a porn website, and pioneered in a little image format known as "GIF"
Also, porn also has a hand in the development of video codecs as well, with out wich, we wouldn't have Fan-subs :P

Well then you better get rid of TV Ads, magazine ads, and so on. Sorry but sex sells, and ppl use it all the time to get money. I got to agree. As long as it is only avalable to people who should be watching it (I don't think it is really right for any one to do but)I guess that it is a way to "Express" themselves and it is ok.
When i mean porn i mean like watching people give blowjobs and things like that TV adds are not porn its just sexual and sedeucing. Of course there are TV shows but minors always stay away from that[until thier 11-12 >,<]

Of course there will be desperate people. Not all people are good looking enough or have the best quality to call themselves pimps. As long as realtionships in this world exist everyone will have a bad life or a good life.
