You raise an excellent point. If someone were to stab me with a needle of heroin, after I got down off of whatever the drug did to me, I would have right to file a lawsuit against them for assault (not really, because no one would believe that the needle would just end up in me without provocation, but let's just run with this little scenario). I'm sueing every last one of the bastards who smokes around me because they are assaulting me with cancer.

lol. If we could really sue someone for giving us cancer/smoking around us then we would all be millionares. It really makes you think though of all the stupid things people sue about now a days, then why shouldn't smoking be one. Someone gets fat off of McDonalds they can sue for not being aware that their food would get them fat. So why not. Although the people who make cigarettes are too crafty to fall victim to the public.

Well, I found out probably some weird news. If you like McDonalds, when you die, the only thing left will be your digestive tract. I found this item on ebay (not so sure it's legit but it's legit enough) that someone just kept a mcdonald's hamburger on his shelf for 1 year. It hasn't changed in shape after that one year and no mold and bacteria has grown on it. Talk about smoking is bad, mcdonald's worse.

Also, just to state a point, I've seen someone who did a presentation on smoking and drugs, (the person was some what stupid). Saying that first hand smoking is worse than second hand, just to show that people don't know what they're doing or getting themselves into.

I don't mind if people smoke, i don't mind the smell, i'm used to it, some of my friends smoke. it's alright. it's their choice. leave smokers alone.
