So now I definitely don't think they should be stopped from playing. But team owners, trainers, teachers, have to put more emphasis on diet and cardio training. Some of you might have heard the news report a while back about how while you might look skinny on the outside, your inner organs might be lined with fat. The best way to protect yourself is to train your heart, but it doesn't mean you are immune from it, just like any other muscle the heart has stressed put on it constantly.
