So now I definitely don't think they should be stopped from playing. But team owners, trainers, teachers, have to put more emphasis on diet and cardio training. Some of you might have heard the news report a while back about how while you might look skinny on the outside, your inner organs might be lined with fat. The best way to protect yourself is to train your heart, but it doesn't mean you are immune from it, just like any other muscle the heart has stressed put on it constantly. And stay away from HGH and steroids.

![]() | Re: sports and health?.. The unhealthy part of sport is almost entirely connected to professional sport alone by the way.

![]() ![]() | Re: sports and health?.. i think if they know about theirs condition they should put it in first place in life and dont work hard, coz keeping those ppl away form somethin they lov and want to do its descrimination, in fact they are alarmed about it when they do the first medical exame...so no one its blamed for it
