What do you mean by used or not? What is is being used for?
your skin, dont be sarcasim about it, should it be allowed to show how people express of how they live?
i think tattoos are awesome, and only should have one if u really want to have one(apparently it hurts to get one XD) plus meh dad has like....17 tats on him so....o.o, im gunna get one myself when im 18Quote:

I would have to say that I don't have a problem with tattoos. But I do have problem with what you get. Its alright to get something that has meaning to you such as a memorial tattoo for someone who has passed or a symbol of something. Its dumb to get something that your going to hate down the road. In the military its recommended not to get any. But if you do get something that has meaning to you 50 years later. You don't want an old wrinkly tattoo of a naked girl on you leg.
In general Tatoos are another form of expressionism in an art form.
basiically if you say its wrong, your taking away the ability to express ourselves, BUT i can see why some things are offensive and why you would say they're not ok. Tatooing has also been around for hundreds of years, its like its own cultural meaning or sumthing like that,
i prefer tatoos that have a meaning to a certain extent, nothing cheesy like a g/f's name or as solking said a naked chick.(sure its nice, ..even when your old...ok they're good.)but not in a sense of what my be on your skin down the line.oh yeah, and the all so original tribal tatoo's porn stars get.
i like realistic flower things.(im making one for my art class,:P)
I doubt I'll be getting a tatoo in my lifetime,im just not for tats,or peircings
The tatoos are a expression form of yourselve. Be carefull with some things:
1.- The designer: An awesome paint on paper maybe looks different on your skin, so choice the correct option.
2.- The place: Remember the AIDS or hepatitis B or C have a percutaneous way to enter on the body, take care of the niddles are new and the place it's certificated to do tatoos.
3.- Don't grave the name (or something like that) of someone you remember or you love. Delete a tatoo of the body cause a lot of pain and suffering.
I told you this, based on my experience on patients on the hospital rooms on several diseaces.
The tatoos aren't bad, but not all the people thinks the same, a lot of theme hates it.
