The government changes all the time and debts do not. This means that a debt isn't necessarily caused by the current government.

'Wise' is in the eye of the beholder. The recently blocked amendment to build a multi-million dollar bridge to a island where only 50 people lived, no doubt the companies that were planning to bid for the contract thought it was a 'Wise' proposal, as well as the workers employed by those companies...

in my opinion, as hussan said, the gov is using OUR money un wisely. the money they used on the war alone could be sent to africa and go towrds aids research
