what death means

death is said in many ways. i know it means a body dying, as in not living, but many <religios or not>belive it is also a soul dying. many people say that there soul is dead and i would consider a lot of people dead who are still mortally living, because there soul is black. would you say these people are dead?.And people who show no emotion, living isnt DEFINED as having emotions, but thats what makes us different then common animals, but some people show little to no emotion. would you consider them dead? how about someone in a coma, with life support, they arent breathing or eating themselves, its a mere creation of man, so do you not want to say they are dead?even with hope of life later?

ah death... I say one is dead when they are hollow and empty, not just when they die physically. Death is intriguing, we all are either afraid of it, or interested in it....

I kind of agree with innerhell.But for me is peace.No one around but u alone in peace.And the soul thing.Scince is still not sure why ppl who are put in frezz thing die.Well became carrorts alot of ppl said their souls went byebye because it thought the person was dead.So we meant have a thing call a soul or some thing like that.

i believe that death is the separation of body and spirit.

in most religious texts the soul is just a tether from the spirit to the body.

i also refer to anyone so morally decrepit that all they do is smoke/drink/sex/drugs to be dead inside because the reason they no longer notice is that those things mess with the souls ability to tether your spirit and so you don't notice the negative affects on your body till it's too late..

whoa dude. i think your answer is absolutely amazing. i mean like a lot of ppl view death as jsut something mortal and its so amazing to knw that other people think differently from most and to kno im not the only one that thinks a little off.
