I don't think anime could make somebody as a gay.
Someone became gay because he wants to be.
The friends of my friends is gay.
But, they never watched anything about gay before they become a guy.
So no way anime makes someone as gay!

Anyway, how can Anime make you gay, I mean, most anime is aimed at a male audience (correct me if I'm wrong), that is why there are so many beautiful anime girls.
