What's Youstur Sweet Release from Everyday life?

What would you considered your sweet release form everyday life? Do you think that it is necessary to have a release from life?

I personally believe that it is great to have a sweet release form everyday life, because mine is turning on some music and just letting go!

My release is Just listening to music and relaxing that goes for almost every day other than friday for me which is when i get to play a game called warhammer with some friends. I dont think it's neccessary for people to have releases it might help though...
