i would just bite the bullet and take what comes i might loose her but its better
than keeping up with all the lies it would take to cover it up

yea if i had a gf i would do that becuase it wouldnt be right . but hey i have never cheated on an girl in my life if anything i took her cheatong on me pretty well . but thats another story

I said be honest and truthful because it meant make things bad but better at the end and she meant go out with u or giive u a second chance.

I'm going to have to agree with Innerhell cause on top of telling her lies your just digging your self into a deeper hole of troubles. But i have no worries cause i know i wont cheat on the girl I'm with at the time cause i know it would heart if it were me doing the catching.

I'd never find myself in that position (unless I was drugged against my will or otherwise suffered impaired judgement by no fault of my own)

I wouldn't give an alibi, because she'd already know, as this questions presupposes that she has already caught me. I'd probably do the honorable thing and break up with her.
