i think i have strict parents. they monitor everything i do, including reading my emails and getting rid of my messenger. what do u think of when you think of strict parents?

I think it's good that some people have strict parents because think of the world without strict parents to raise their children away from the bad things in life. But sometimes some parents need to think of how strict they should be also.

that's what im thinking too, my parents go a little overboard, my mom is sorta relaxed but my dad takes things way too seriously

I have them and don't like it, but I'm dealing with it because they're strict becasue they're being protective, not doing it to be mean. I'm close with my parents so its all good.

yea, that's what my parents say too, but they take a little too far and i dunno, i think of rebeling but then im like na, because then that'll just get me in worse trouble

Yea, for example you see a child crying with overexaggeration and the parent doesn't do anything. That's bad parenting so in some times parents need to be strict to put some children in their place. I was raised on strict parenting but it's too strict so I tend to go my ways and provokes me to get the hell out of the house >.>;;

lol, if i had a way of getting out of the house, believe me i would. im still waiting to get internet service in my room! who knows maybe when i got to college they'll see that im a mature person....then again maybe not. who knows with parents

lol, lucky for you i still have another four years. my parents keep telling me that i'll end up staying with them through college. as if! they really think im gona subject myself to another four or five years of their rules?

i really dont have that problem. i really am not on the internet much and im kinda a real good girl so but i did almost get caught for having my friend in the house who is a boy
