I believe in healthy living. I know the benefits to proper diet and exercise. Of course a huge emphasis is placed on weight control, and perhaps it should be but there are two women I know who I think are feeling to guilty about not losing enough weight. The thing is their bodies are not designed to be skinny straight up and down. The have more than ample chest and generous butts. In otherwords they were built with a very curvacious build. They are built like porn stars. The waists are actually very narrow. But all they look at is the weight. I mean ones ribs are already starting to show for godsakes. I asked them why they are so desperate to lose wait and they say they want to look good. These are already gorgeous women blessed with bodies that many people get surgery to look like. Tell us what you think. If you are a woman would you rather look good or be very very thin. And guys which do you prefer the skinny women or the more vuluptous build.

Super model skinny is what most girls dream of, I can't blame them. Most guys would love to date a supermodel. It's ok to be thin as long as you are not obsessing over it, thinking I can't eat that because its got too many calories and stuff like that. That is going a bit too far. I actually had people accuse me of having an eating disorder back when I was like 109lbs. Which I was kind of mad about that, because I would never starve myself to be thin. Which gave me a complex so then I started gaining weight, now I weigh 124lbs. I think I am at a good proportion now at 5'7, 124lbs, not getting people telling me am too fat or too skinny.

Thin is to thin when you say that you're full after having 3 pieces lettuce for a meal. I don't like when people especially girls complain about there weight, because that's what triggers bad eating habits. Some of them don't believe in eating right and exercising instead they choose to eating as little as they can and and lose weight this way. That is an extremely unhealthy method. I actually wish that I could gain at least 20 more pounds but it's hard with my fast metabolism, so I use mass gainers and proteins to help out. It's not unsafe and in some cases increase you food intake a little more each week of taking it. But I'm worried about the younger generation of girls that think paper thin is attractive, IT'S NOT! Just eat right, exercise and you won't be overweight.

Ok joking aside, I have met many ravashing girls who think the same way, several of my friends are like that. I keep telling them over and over again that they are already drop dead beautiful. Case in point my friend Jaide, she is very moddest and believes she is only average and not all that attractive but is content with where she is at, not an anerxic case but still, any ways she still thinks she is not that attractive even though I have to have a hand full of napkens on me at all times when I am around her when I start drooling uncontrolably. I have told her several times that she is very attractive, unbelievably attractive... Yes I am very attracted to her but she lives to far away. *SAD FACE*

I have a couple of those girl's that you descirbed for friends aswell. And them looking to me for some advice, Ive always said that they look fine. Thou yes they may be cubby or a little out of shape, Ive always told them that if your happy with yourself then there is no reason in the world that a man wouldnt fall for them.

It just so happens that the big girl friend that I had, who has a daughter, got a bf. and since he came into her life, she's changed so much. she getting thinner, she glowingly happy. And I am happy for her.

Personally i agree that the girls that already have everything going for them, if they are looking in the mirror and saying that they want to be thinner. F*** just go out and get them a fun house mirror Im sure that should help, atleast then they would have a reason to complain.

And dont get me started on their dieting programs. I know that my eating habits arent to perfection (skip breakfast, eat lunch at 2-3, and have dinner at 9. But that all due to my work hours(i dont a night shift)). So yea Ill let the breakfast thing slide for everyone but people who are only eating in the smallest of portions for food and claiming that they are full. Gezz give it up. People are suppose to eat till they are comfortible, no more and no less. Otherwise if you eat less your body is running off stored fat, which can make you gain weight...dont ask me how that works I just know that it can work that way...and if your body is too skinny then damn your going to be sleeping a heck of a lot.

I personally have exactly what men would like to see in a womens body type. I know that my face aint all that but that's easily fixed with make up that I never wear. lol. The purpose of makeup is just horrible in my opinon. But yea the only thing I want to change is make what little fat that I do have into muscle to make my body toned. Otherwise I wouldnt change me for the world. Well to be a little taller would be nice but I am fine with 5'3". Cause I can wear heals when most tall girls cant. lol. And I think I got the best legs to show off too thou I havent been able to get them tanned due to my job, but thatll come soon enough. lol.

Thin is when you starts seeing womans bones. ( not cute ) but as long as your happy with really have no say but to eat. i have a friend and she use this diet thing to loose weight im like seeing a rib is okay but to see you spine. you basically sick... and then she turn to my body fat and is like " oh you need to loose weight you fat.. and im like 5'4 weighting 117. but im a jock so i eat and eat as much as i wont and then maybe run it off if not dont do nothing. but i have a high metabolism and she like oh you think you have a good body shape now wait til you get older and have kids your going to be fat and stay fat.... personally i think my body weight is good for the actitives i do and she just needs to eat.

what would actualey lead a girl to go to such extreames weight lose to a sertan point its ok but if you lose so much weight that you dont even cast a shadow then thats just disturbing but to me as a boy i like girls whit a good personaletey i dont care if shes on the chunkey side personaletey trumps all hands down.

I couldn't agree more. it doesn't look nice and it doesn't feel good either. a firm body is better then a flimsy one.
