yea I know what u mean..where I'm from things are pretty much settled the same way. But now we're just trying to achieve better solutions by not involving violence.

Right on Cheza! They're over here picking up people who even look hispanic and taking them away in the immigration bus to deport the ones who aren't american, or who can't prove they are. My fiance went to work wednesday and they had to send him home, (he's a waiter) because they were coming to where i live just deporting people! It's so wrong! They didn't even pass that act yet and there already doing this! They are doing another march against it. And i will be there.

You know what else I think it's wrong? one of my friends in Texas whose father works as a border patrol agent told me that if HR4437 is passed chicanos will loose their citizenship just because their parents will have to leave the country and their kids can't stay here. I haven't really heard anything about that yet but if that's true that is just stupid.

That wouldn't happen. It violates there rights as a citizin. Really all i believe that the goverment is doing is a show for the people who want action against illegals. They just want to take a handful of them and say" there we did something, you happy now?" And that would be it. Because if they did pass this act than the entire American Economy would fall apart. America was built on immigrants and the entire foundation would fall if there weren't any left to hold it up.
