Why do most teenagers nowadays prefer to watch anime rather than news?

Anime gives you... no info at all.
It might help to arouse certain feelings or sentiments in you that you never felt before... I, for one, developed a more sensitive personality thru watching anime. From anime you can learn things about life. Values and stuff. News is just direct updates on what's happening in the world. In a sense it's a bit difficult to compare the two, since they're two very different things. ^^;;

i agree with you.. anime teach lessons to everyone.. in which news cant give lessons at all

News can teach you stuff as well... except that people don't normally concentrate on learning what they can learn from watching the news. You see people dying. You see buildings being smashed. You learn about the importance of life, and that there is a need for people like you and me to preserve world peace.

Anime can giv u some info, like on how to deal with such and such situations, or what to say to this person, blah blah, stuff like that.

That's pretty much what I said. You don't get direct info, just... lessons. You know, stuff you can follow.

I guess teens are just lazy to watch heavy stuffs . . . hey get serious in life dudes

hehe teenagers dont take news seriously coz,, some of them are not serious in there life
