The reason we do it is becasue it is instinct.It is somthing that feels good to us and somthing which helps perserve the species so people do it.The act of love thing is always tacked onto it but in reality we do it beciase we just feel like we have to

if that were the case there would be no such thing as a vow of abstinace. human's are teh only creatures that CHOOSE to have sex.

There is SO MUCH MORE to life, than sex! O.O seriously people. Parents dont even know there teens are doing it O.o and do you know why teens decide to make love? its becuz they think its cool, and tat your more mature and brave if u do it. almost half of the teens have that thoguht

No the vow is just people who choose to go against it for what ever reason(usually only religion).It is a consience decison not to do it.Its like models who starve themselves.They want to eat but they choose not to

but want and instinct are different. thats the point i'm getting at.
