lol. Hopefully you weren't refering to me. I said that it is both parents responsibillity. not just the women's. And obviously it is possible for someone to be a good person without the parental supervision, I was stating that spending time with ones children, not on bad terms, is a good way to keep one's children out of trouble. And I find it rather, umm what's the word I'm looking for? I'm just going to say humerous, that you claim yourself a good egg. Try to be more humble and less insulting, yes?

And I agree Holder, it is better to share responsibillity. Not only for the sake of having the child spend time with both parents, but also not to overwhelm one of them.

this thread is the most conceded, sexist thread i have ever seen. im not sure if i completely got the point because the grammar and word groupings were so poor its hard to make out, but if your suggesting that women are better teachers than men, then youre an idiot. its equal. gender has nothing to do with it. some people are better teachers than others. it has nothing to do with gender, race, height, weight, etc... whatever stereotypes you can come up with.

the world would be a better place if some people had more money and if drugs were eliminated. making the woman the #1 nurterer wont solve anything, besides taking away from the womans free time.

I would say, more time should be given during the first few years after birth then when the kid is old enough to go to school, the parents can slowly let their kids go and be more independent. Never have I said mom, or just dad. Both should spend equal time with their childrens - take turns or whatever.

I would at the early age start explaining the world that he/she will be going to so he/she would be more responsible, and ffs not to act like a moron like some other kids do.

Not Truth! They have more street smarts, and they are pulled to be rich like most. Thats why they do it, bring it back to the topic! Why if a parent was HOME! They wouldn't be caught up in that shit in the first place! They would feel that they are wanted, and needed, and that they can be there selves.

If they go up with somebody, maybe they wouldn't have the feeling, that they got to make there own money, by dealing drugs. >.<

Yes in time they will have to make there money! That they will need! But still they could go at it the right way!

Okay I believe both genders are good role models. A Mother gives love, support and she is soft ... well most of the time. A Father tell a child to get up on his feet, show him the real world, talk about his/her career et cetera.

Both Mother and Father are important! >_> They shape their child/rens future themselves. People might think that a Father is harsh, but he is not!

Now to the next point. Nowadays, rich kids are ignorant. Because their parents are so obsessed with making money, the children go off the line. This has happened before. Not saying that every rich kid is bad, but it's a fact.

Remember, even a weaver/fisherman has more common sense than rich people. Poor kids at least know the real world, because that's what they've seen since birth! Not all of them take up druga and alcohol! Some do because they have no other choice! And as a matter of fact, rich kids find it harder to cope up without money in the real world.

i agree richs kids would be lost in te world of jobs abd earning your keep
there handed everything not really needing to earn what the poor kids do.
but its all a peradox there's many views and perspectives on this and depending
on who's side you take you could be wrong or right

The peson with the most influence to the kid is the one that is home more often. my mom was always home while my dad was gone to work in mines camp. Me and my brother and sister as been rase by her but my friend was rase by his dad and his influence was from his dad. that why you want the father and the mother to be there so the kid can be well influence. note that a bad behave kid learn his easy-going and get away with murder punishment form a family that has little or no respect to anyone. well that what i think
