wait a minute! I think it would be unwise just to give up on this clan. I mean sure dancy you have other things but what we should do is have a second in command to run things...I mean in case if dancy does decide to quit or take a break someone might be able to run things and this clan won't die..
EDIT: never mind...-__-' but just consider the idea..

To tell you the truth, I can tell you that I am sure this clan will wither and die if Dancy decides to leave. If half the people now are not respecting Dancy, I don't think the same group will suddenly come through for the new leader. And I am sure well will not let this clan become bad.
