Yeah KenX had his thing but he started up long after us 4 were doing it.
And as it's been referred to a few times, what happened was two well known and fairly 'veteran' AO members were involved in an unfortunate accident a few years back and it really hit some of us hard.

Also, I restarted the whole trend of greeting newcomers in my special way.
The AO staff forbid me to do that some time ago.

I'm being rather vague because being any more specific make me a bit quesy and stirrs up things in me. If someone else wants to then by all means but I will not say anymore.

Unfortunatly, beyond what he's said is well hard to say. That was a dang emotional few months here as well...

I remember back when I started was the whole 500 post count until you could get your own signature name below your username, and for the longest time until the admins layed down the law, there was rampant abuse of the post counts, just to get peoples posts to 500, luckily I did it with no problems, but I remember the admins being really adamant about that.
