Anime based games...

In the recent year therez been a few anime based games such as GIS, FMA, Zatch Bell, and Naruto. I've played most of them and the games are over all pretty good but I think they can do better. Like for Zatch Bell and Naruto they really needed more playable characters to further increase the gaming pleasure. The FMA games were good (being made by Square so..).

So I wanna hear everyone else's opinion on these anime based games...

ya some of them are good but some suck like that DBZ budiki or something like that. they made the butons hard to use like X O O analog stick and alot more stuff just for one move

i liked the beyblade v force one, although the first one on the PS1 sucked, and i liked DBZ budukai on the GC better then the one on the PS2

I enjoy the FMA 2 game even if it was a bit limited in what you could do with alchemey. I love the Naruto games especially Naruto 2 and 3 on ps2. So much fun. I like that it's cell shaded. I'm curious about the Inyuasha games

well if u ask me,i hate anime based games.they all suck!look at the fma games,they suck.dbz games,suck. .hack//sign games,suck.in other words all anime based games suck!

ANime based games are pretty interesting from the videos i've seen. Naruto is especially interesting but i wish it was for xbox

most videogames based on something that already exists outside the vg realm are sub par but it often nullified if you are a fan of it but seeing as how i have almost no experience with anime based games i am hardly an authority.

Yu YU Hakusho dark tournament, dbz final bout and dbz ultimate battle 22 are pretty bad. There are some great anime games out there like jump superstars .

i played naruto clash of ninja for gamecube and i have to say i am dissapointed. The combos were few and there really wasn't much stratagy to it at all. Additionally there was only one secret character. It seems to me like when an anime gets popular enough to make a game after it the fan base is large enough that they feel they don't need to put much effort into the game to get it to sell. This is annoying because many great games series deteriorate once the get popular for this same reason. oh yeah i'm opinionated today =P

I find anime video games generally poorly made, and unenjoyable. Their graphics are usally pretty low budget, even though most of them are suppose to be in anime-style, it just doesn't look good if it's not done well. I'd say the only anime-based games I ever liked were the DBZ: Legend of Goku games for the GBA. Anything else, not so good.
