    Armored Core

Who's still playing this game? I got iso's from back when I used to own it(my brother sat on it), so I loaded up my espxe, and started on the original game and project phantasma. Alright mindless drones, post! Discuss strategies, post part layouts, anything. Also, it can be from any AC game.

Armored Core for the PS1 era is like arcane, and I doubt anyone here knows what a Underweight RJ is.

I have the entire PS2 era, and most of my strategies won't relate to your AC games because of how different they are.

Such as Overboosting, EOs, Radiators, part balance, missions, and what else they do not have for the ps1 era.

besides, since the ps2 incarnations, heavyweight tank AC's have dominated, destroying all need for strategy. Pisses me off.

In what alternate reality?! The only game I see that happening in is Armored Core 2, otherwise you can't get away with that in any of the PS2 games.

Save for Master of the Arena, but it is a pure arena game and the AI is stupid.

Pvp wise, a tanker might have better turning speed but no real mobility compared to a lightweight. Don't even get me started on EO rushers.

that alternative reality is arkansas. I'm active at game tourneys in town. Those tanks are everywhere. There are maybe 2 of us consistently trying creative strategies, out of 15-20 applicants. Of course I'm butthurt! It's destroying the game!

EDIT: BTW, we're usually playing Nexus.

    Re: Armored Core

Easy pickins on tank ACs in Nexus if you consider that there isn't a whole lot of choices for raidators, and the ANANDA with G91 didn't come into Last Raven.

    Re: Armored Core

Nexus is decent but nothing like Last Raven.

I don't see how you guys have problems with Tankers.
