In all fairness, 'asian music' is such a broad topic to use. That could mean anything from an Israeli boy band to the Saudi Royal Orchestra to a Bollywood soundtrack to Orange Range.
Topic is too broad. No sir, I don't like it.

T_T who r ur favs??? xD just wondering.....
I like all kinds....and lots of ppl....Teriyaki Boyz, Shinwha, Youhna, Boa, Utada Hikaru.....Nana Kitade (but her voice kinda annoys me) L'Arc en Ciel, Hyde, Yoshiki.....Baby V.O.X., Bada...etc etc blah blah blah![]()
Could you please describe why you like all these groups and give a little background on their particular genres of music.
For example, I like Maaya Sakamoto because she makes music that tends sometimes in popular music that is simply relaxing and other times it can be joyous or perfect for the ambiance desired in the anime that she makes the introductions such as in the series Record of Lodoss War: Chronicles of a hero "Kiseki no Um" and Wolf's Rain opening "gravity" as well as an album called Nikopachi that has a song called Yoake no Octave, which is very cute. She made so many songs that seem very different from each other and offer something that I like very much. This singer even made the voice of Hitomi in "Vision's of Escaflowne" and Aerith in "Final Fantasy: Advent Children". All in all, I love each song and character that she has portrayed and that I've seen so far.
I like T.M.R (it Tanaki Makes Revolution or something along that lines) his songs Meteor, Ignited, Invoke, Zips and Vestige that were used in Gundam Seed and Gundam Seed Destiny were great. The pop and rock genre definitely suits him.
Tanaka Rie, she not really an official singer, she usually does songs needed for anime shows, like Chobits and Gundam Seed and Gundam Seed Destiny. I really don't know what type of genre she is in. I guess pop and a bit of classical. Her voice is so sweet and high. She voices Chi in Chobits, Lacus in Gundam Seed and Gundam Seed Destiny, Suigin Tou of Rozen Maiden andRozen Maiden Träumend and many many more! She is fabulous!
Toshihiko Sahashi, I'm not too sure about his status, he did some work for Gundam Seed and Destiny, mainly insert songs like Shooting Rain, and some background songs, like the Minerva Take Off.
I am a K-pop fan of DBSK. xD Yea I know.
I like there music, and there style, and there the only Korean Boy band I ever put so much time into, to listening to there music.
^_^ I find there Background music addicting.
Lol~
You would like that song eh lizzy?
Well its always been dbsk for me. I found them though Mahiru, and passed the word around. lol. XD
I love there music as I say so many times. ^_^ They are funky, and wild at times. There music reflects off fun, and reality. Its nice to see happy music and sad music at times.
~~
There are others
Like Se7en and Rain.I'll get into that later ~
