to me it's these: Ronnie James: Dio/Rainbow why: pure power in his singing,
Freddie Mercury:Queen why:Great range control and power,
Rob Halford:Judas Priest why: same as freddie,
and Klaus Meine: the Scorpians same as dio

OMG, FREDDIE MERCURY! You know, he had no formal training, could not read music to save his life, but still had a FOUR OCTAVE RANGE?!?!?!? Not only that, but Queen had some of the best and most listened to hits of all time. (In fact, I was listening to Bohemian Rhapsody just one hour ago . . .)
I vote Freddie as well. Dang what a voice that man had. Extreme power and spot on from the lowest to the highest notes.
Not to mention the sheer energy he radiated.

GOD, I can't even begin to describe the sensation that overtakes my body when I hear her voice. Amazing. That woman has talent. T.A.L.E.N.T. LoveLoveLove her voice. I'd hop the fence for her, if you know what I mean. :D And Angelina Jolie.
