    Re: The Book You're Reading

Ah, the last book I read was Freakonomics, because it was a required reading for college -- but as it turned out I wont be using it in any classes ^^; That's okay because it was actually a nice book.. made you think about things ^.^

The book(s) I read before that, during July were the Sano Ichiro mysteries - from The Samurai's Wife to The Perfumed Sleeve, to refresh my memory when The Assassin's Touch goes paperback in October.
If you like the sound of mysteries in an early Japan setting, then I do recommend this series to you ^^ And with 10 books out already, they will surely occupy your time for a bit =]

    Re: The Book You're Reading

I'm going to start Eargon, apparently there is a movie coming out based on it,so I thought about reading it before it does come out. And then I discovered today that there is another one in the series, Eldest or something?

    -----I love dragons!! eppp!!!------

But i also have the da Vinci code to read.....which one to start?
My issue? I buy my books instead of borrowing them from the library....
I'm officially the collector of books..
maybe I should start my own library?

    Re: The Book You're Reading

I haven't read any good books lately, but I'd reccommend anything by James Clavell- he did Shogun. You should check out Tai-pan, King Rat, and Gai-jin. His books make for some long readin', but they're worth the time.....

    Re: The Book You're Reading

I haven't been able to read for a long time. The last good book I read was the sixth Harry Potter book. The last one that came out. It was pretty good. I haven't had time to read lately, though.
