I'm currently watching "The Bridge", a documentary about Golden Gate Bridge jumpers... it's morbidly fascinating and incredibly sad. Apparently the footage shown of the suicides themselves was taken without the consent of authorities or the victims' families, so the documentary has caused more than it's share of anger...

One of the most striking stories is one of our own: Gene Sprauge ("FreekBoyG" online): a 30-something long-haired comic nerd, gamer and anime fan who jumped from the bridge to his death (unknowingly on camera).

As odd as it is to watch the last moments of someone's life... it's all the odder to recognize aspects of yourself in those people...

Has anyone seen the film?
