The last thing i would let a serial killer do would be to work for the law force. to me that seems like letting a sex offender to be a teacher or babysit your kids.

FYI sex offender is a very broad term. In some places a sex crime may not really even have been committed yet a person may be labeled a sex offender.
I have never seen the show, and i thought he was serial killer hired by the police to kill ppl. It seems kinda redundant that a convicted killer is paid to kill ppl. That is where, as i will clarify, that someone convicted of lets say, raping children, wouldnt be the kind of person i would let babysit my kid.
