Thread: Don't know what you got till it's gone

I know you've heard the saying "don't know what you got till it's gone." Well, it's true with the story you're about to read. You search so long to the find the one you wanna spend your life with. Someone you can talk to about anything and who will not judge you over whatever bad thing about yourself you may tell them. Someone you can care for and trust with all your secrets. After a long and lingering search you finally find that person. you do everything together. Share your thoughts and feelings, take long walks, and go to the movies. Sit on the couch holding eachother while watching tv. You care and love eachother so much you feel like you're the luckiest person in the world.Everything is going so well that nothing could possibly go wrong.Then without warning the dark day comes where one of you say "eventhough I love you an will always care for you I have to go. All kinds of thoughts enter your mind as you try to think what went wrong to make them wanna say good-bye. After a while you realize that the one thing you tried so hard to keep suddenly ends up slipping through your fingers. You are now sad and alone wishing on every bright star that you will be lucky enough to find another someone as special as what you once had. It just goes to show that you truly don't know what you got till it's gone.
