    Expectations... Friend or Foe...?

    well, are expectations friend or foe??? hmmm... well this question still haunts me to sleep... does expectations help to build your goal in life? which is more difficult, living on your expectation, or living with someone else's expectation? let us be enlightened by everybody's opinions...
