Im sick of most American music now. Mostly american so called rock. I have now been going into SKA. Bands like Streetlight Manifesto, Reel Big Fish, Undercover SKA, Aquabats. I also am a lover of classical and instrumental music.

I Like just about everything. I never really have been interested in what genre it is or who sings/screams[lol] it. That is useless information that takes up much too much space in my mind. Music, no matter waht kind, is just that. music. And I love it all. That being said, I do not have nearly enough music, I am open to any suggestions.

    Re: genres of music

I like alsorts: a few sub-genres of drum & bass (mostly neurofunk and liquid), some dance and chillout, a bit of electronica, alot of trip & hip-hop (not to be confused with rap) alot of rock and nu-metal. But mainly I listen to trance - vocal and uplifting, simply because it's what I have most of.
I find myself being much more critical of rock/metal/alternative what-have-you and liking most of the trancey/dancey stuff I hear... strange :P
On a side note, i thought Daft punk were dance/electronica, not techno?
