Thread: Good old games

Well my fav old game has to Duke Nukem 3d,
where else can you find beer & aliens?
Duke had 3 to 4 different episodes on the game,
hugh bosses to battle and babes to rescue.

before 2000 is OLD now?! O_o

I guess most people here weren't even ALIVE for the actual classic gaming age T_T;

-Phantasy Star I, II, IV (we'll forget about III). The best Science Fiction RPGs to date (not that anyone's tried very hard to live up to the genre's potential in the meantime)
-Black Matrix (pioneer dating-sim ~both genders~, turn-based strategy, demons vs. angels game, fullvoice acting on the Playstation... ripped off by everyone ever since, acknowledged by none *weeps* )
-Persona 2 Tsumi/Batsu. (It's a shame only half made it to the US... and even more of a shame that only about 4 people played the half that did. The best Persona... and 2nd best Megaten to date)
-Pac-Man (because I can kick your ass in it)

My favorite old game has to be Resident evil 1.
I loved shooting those zombies, the hunters and the puzzles.

Duke Nukem is pretty good, but I'm going to have to say . . . Pong. Call me a nerd, but Pong is traditional. You haven't lived until you've played Pong! It's engrossing! You can play for seven hours straight before realizing that you're wasting your life.

Well, before 2000, ok i like to ssay my favorite old game would have to be, for the PS1, Final Fantasy VII. Its was the most amazing Final Fantasy series game of its time. Also Red VII is my favorite character.

or pretty much any of the ff games before 2000.lol.

yeah any of the FF games is pretty much awesome. FF8, I still have that, and i still play it every so often.
