Meiko is another vocaloid..shes got the short brunete hair...search youtube...hehe..i dont know muc about her myself sinse i dont really listen to her..but her outfit is read...its a mini skirt and a top that dsnt cover her belly...ya forgot wat those r called.

ilovegwees is correct. That is the visual representation of the voice known as Meiko. Honestly I don't know that much about her since I never really got into the whole back story with any of the vocaloids but I think she was the first? Someone else might be able to confirm that for me, I just remember reading it somewhere(possibly wiki). I think her "partner" is Kaito even though lots of videos show him with Miku. Again I'm not sure what the story is with that as I wasn't interested enough to learn about it.
There are many many vocaloid voices floating around the internet. Some that are original, and more than a few that are just altered versions of original voices with new names and avatars stuck to them. The blond haired girl with one pony tail off to the side that wears an outfit a lot like Miku's is actually fan made and is based on Miku's vocaloid voice.

i've been trying to find more info on Meiko so if i find any i'll ost it. unless sumone beats me too it lol. but while browsing the internet i came across something interesting...that i did not know before...
the japanese solo artis Gackt, is the one who does the vpice fro Gackpoid!!! he is the vocaloid that looks like a samurai with long purple hair...lols. yay!!!
