Siegfried from Soul Calibur 3, he looks so damn awesome! Plus he has really big swords, still not as big and cool as Cloud's though.
But for character and looks I would say Squall from FF8.
I'd be either;
Solid Snake - Meta Gear Series -because he's so goddamn cool! he looks, looks sounds, acts like a PR0 just play the MGS games, sooo fun. he be a st43lthy ninj4 0fc!
Dante - Devil may Cry Series - another totally kickass character attitude, guns, swords. this says it all!
