Inserting subtitles [how?]

How do I insert subtitles into a file like this:
Hip.Hip.Hora.2004.SWEDISH.XviD.DVDRiP-KEBABTOMTE.avi
And the subtitles for it are like this:
{1090}{1122}How?

you should change the sub title to Hip.Hip.Hora.2004.SWEDISH.XviD.DVDRiP-KEBABTOMTE.srt
and put the two of them in a folder

the guy meant rename the .srt file to the same name as the movie. after that you can load bs player or VLC player and turn the subs on.
